BBC News (24) has just given over nearly 5 minutes to the announcement later today of the new Doctor in a special Doctor Who Confidential. They chatted to Sylvestor McCoy for his thoughts on all sorts....Billy Connelly indeed!

He looks arrogant and smug, I hope he comes off as alien much like the First Doctor was, I also hope he brings some more mystery to the character
