Dieter was a nightwatchman who aided the War Master in his search for Magos. He supplied him with DNA samples from the village. He abducted Meri for the Master and told her how special she was. He later assisted in the Master's resurrection of Magos. His use of a Staser to attack Meri and Kilda caused a Vultrar to attack him.
