- Probably not, or at least not yet. A forum thread years and years ago ruled that the articles for "special edition" and "movie" editions should be merged into their respective story pages in their own sections but the closing admin never got around to enacting this verdict. It's been long enough now that a new discussion would likely be worthwhile if only for formality's sake but with new things like {{cite source}} making it even easier than back then to cite variant editions I doubt that the original ruling will be changed. --Borisashton ☎ 21:18, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
- How long is "years and years ago"? I ask because a page for the 'standalone' Terror of the Vervoids was made in 2020, and a page for the tweaked ending version of A Fix With Sontarans was made in 2022 (although this page is currently under discussion). — Fractal • 21:46, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
- Oh, earlier than that, for sure. I'm not certain exactly when it was closed but the thread started in early to mid 2017 around the time the first batch of this type of page was being created with articles such as this one and Day of the Daleks: Special Edition. --Borisashton ☎ 22:09, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
