Bi people exist, etc.. Thasmin demonstrates Yaz & the Doctor to be sapphic, but this doesn't mean that they'd identify as lesbians. (The Tegan thing is borderline, but since the possibility was apparently raised using the actual word in a prior source it's relevant.)

Irrelevant. The intent with the deleted Lee scene is much too vague to ascribe it to a particular identity — Lee may be a trans man who hadn't transitioned in the real world yet, to begin with; and even if they were a woman, who's to say she was meant to be a lesbian rather than bi or pan or what-have-you? This is sheer speculation.

Considering Donna would still never have *found out* that Lee was a woman, it's a bit of a reach to say this "would have revealed Donna to be a lesbian". Certainly *Lee* is another matter.

Bill does not once use the word "lesbian", as far as I can recall, so let's stick to what we know
