Removed floating dot. Well, I'd argue this template is on her page, and she did have a seat at the high council meeting. It feels like she'd fit in "Other" as an affiliate. But if not, then I'd recommend the template be removed from her page.
mSource for this is "Brief History of Time Lords". It describes the Visionary as an "affiliate" so I'm unsure if she should be re-added.

Hmmm. Citation needed on the Visionary having been *on* the High Council. My understanding of the scenes in "The End of Time" was that the HC were consulting her as a King might an astrologer; doesn't make the astrologer a nobleman!
