Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | The Vaults were a series of tunnels beneath the Capitol. The Vaults were abandoned areas of the old Capitol, they contained access to the power couplings for the Eastern Capitol, at least one fluctuating access point to the Matrix, a water station and a number of unused lighting and heating ducts.
