He also created the cover artwork for the 1987 VHS release of Wartime, which appears on the reverse of the double-sided cover of the 2015 DVD release. In 2022, Stephen James Walker compiled a biography for Phil featuring many of his illustrations for Doctor Who titled The Art of Phil Bevan. |
