Article description: (description )This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | A time lock was created by Toshiko Sato before her death (TV: Exit Wounds), designed to freeze the Hub of Torchwood Cardiff in a bubble in time. It was at the same time impenetrable but inescapable. The time lock was either shut down or damaged when a Dalek trapped at the edge of the bubble was blown up by the Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor. (TV: Journey's End). However it could've been destroyed when the Hub was detonated by Johnson under the orders of John Frobisher in 2009 (TV: Children of Earth: Day One). |
