The Greth used them as test subjects in its attempts to learn how to possess humans, but the two experiments were deadly failures, with Bottaro and Jacks' bodies partially dissolved by the fungus-like matter making up the Greth. Their deaths were reported upon in the papers, allowing P.R.O.B.E. to discover there was something mysterious happening at the Bildbriain factory. (PROSE: Out of the Box) |
