Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Elizabeth Howkins was caught in a factory fire in 1931 that caused the death of her husband, Bill. Knocked backwards in time by the loa Spinning Jenny, she spent the next few decades of her life becoming a witch in order to learn what had happened and to take vengeance on the loa for robbing her of her husband. She travelled to Strines in 1854 in an attempt to summon Jenny and kill her, and due to the competing interventions of Baron Samedi and Maman Brigitte she ended up back in 1931, causing the fire she was caught in in the first place, and giving birth to Spinning Jenny. Upon once again returning to 1854, she defeated the agent of Faction Paradox causing the Baron and Jenny to fight, and caused the associative lifeform known as Brierly to merge with Jenny, into the newfound loa of Democracy.
