Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Along with Helen Raynor, Elwen Rowlands was a member of the initial script editing team for the BBC Wales version of Doctor Who. Technically, she was actually the first script editor for the 2005 revival, as a consequence of being assigned to its initial production block, though Raynor and she were actually hired simultaneously. Together, they were the first female script editors in the history of Doctor Who.[1] Rowlands only worked on series 1, for which she script-edited seven episodes. From Doctor Who she immediately moved to Life on Mars, for which she script-edited all of that programme's first series. |
