It was used as a front by the Half-Face Man, who had his Clockwork Droids masquerade as diners and harvest the organs of human visitors. Both the newly regenerated Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald were led here via a hint in an issue of The Times newspaper (TV: Deep Breath) that was left by Missy, (TV: Death in Heaven) which they deduced to be intent on keeping the two of them together. |
