Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Melanie Pappenheim is a vocalist who worked with Murray Gold on some of the signature cues of the first Russell T Davies era of Doctor Who. Her voice was the major instrument in the version of the "The Doctor's Theme" heard in series 1 and 2. It was also used to underscore the "Doomsday" cue heard at Rose Tyler's initial separation from the Tenth Doctor in the episode of the same name. Her voice was also heavily used on "Martha's Theme", "Astrid's Theme", "Seeking the Doctor", "The Doctor Forever" and "YANA (Excerpt)". |
