As a contributor to numerous CD sleeves and concert programmes, Beek has written notes for the soundtrack albums for Doctor Who Series 4 and Torchwood: Children of Earth. He also penned the programme notes and feature articles for Doctor Who at the Proms 2008 and 2010. In December 2009 Music from the Movies.com ran a month of his Doctor Who-related articles. Called "Doctor Who December", the features included archived and new interviews with composer Murray Gold and conductor Ben Foster. |
