It had existed since the 15th century. Miles Engado's father was born there in the 21st century. It was abandoned in 2145 due to a chemical spill from a factory further up the coast. After his father's death in 2147, Miles and his daughter Paula visited the ruins of Ozette to pay their respects to him.
