Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Stocktaking Parties were exploratory groups used by the Plume Coteries to explore new parts of the infinite the Library, tasked with mapping down its nation-sized floors and areas. During his time as Master Librarian Roland's mentor, Auteur led a number of Stocktaking Parties, with the last making its way to Floor 899,167,435,042, which Roland ended up burning down in an effort to kill his former mentor after Auteur revealed his true identity and agenda. Though the floor was now empty, Roland wrote down his sigil on the map's depiction of his floor, signalling to future generations of Bookkeepers that this floor had indeed been scouted out.
