Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | By 123 AD, Chelmsford was a location in Britain that the Romans employed governors for. This was a role that many Romans disliked, with Marcus Sulpicus "looking miserable" at one point because he'd "heard he's been tipped as next governor of Britain".
