This is the user account of the Atherton family, representing the Council of Time Defence. Various of us may access the account at any "time". Our Earth-based organisation has occasionally encountered the Time Lords of Gallifrey, as well as Time Agents, UNIT, and other travellers through time and space. Similar to these organisations and individuals, we have produced a tissue of truths purporting to be fictions for the dual purpose of sharing and shielding our actions.
