This victim was walking towards his car when a mugger grabbed him and held a knife to his throat. Captain John Hart appeared and grabbed the mugger, throwing him over the edge. Hart then threatened to throw the victim off as well, but let him go after he promised to say that he was never there. (TW: Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang)
