Javit was a Catkind car driver in the Fast Lane on the New New York Motorway who tried to warn Milo and Cheen that the Fast Lane was dangerous. She had two vestal virgin girls with her. All three died when the Macra clawed their way into their car. (DW: Gridlock, REF: Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia)
