Biography
Mr Tluss caused chaos on Zassaph in Dimension 16 with a ceremonial headdress and on Kelpa with a wooden toy. Earth then caught Tluss' attention and he helped publish The Darvias Saga, which caused people to riot and commit suicide. He was stopped by the Eighth Doctor, who posted the book on the Darvias Saga website, which caused it to overload. (ST: Best Seller)
