Adipose Industries was a company run by Miss Foster. They claimed to be selling diet pills, but the pills actually helped to create Adipose babies. The factory is located in London. Donna Noble worked there because she was researching the diet pills and she wanted to find The Doctor and she is reunited with him as they both explore the building. The Doctor got into the building by pretending to be John Smith, (a Health and Safety person). Donna also got in by becoming a Health and Safety person.
