Co-Commander Lish Toos was second in command of Storm Mine 4. She kept the peace on the ship. When Taren Capel ordered Toos killed, the Fourth Doctor saved her and they went on to destroy them all. Kiy Uvanov, Ander Poul were the only survivors. During their time together, she and Leela got along very well. (DW: The Robots of Death)
