I was browsing through Chapters recently when I saw the newest version of the Visual Dictionary (see [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Doctor-Who-Dictionary-Jacqueline-Rayner/dp/0756651565/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1254020277&sr=1-1 here]). I was just able to scan through it quickly, but it appears to be made up of both old references from the first Visual Dictionary and new stuff.

I was browsing through Chapters recently when I saw the newest version of the Visual Dictionary (see here). I was just able to scan through it quickly, but it appears to be made up of both old references from the first Visual Dictionary and new stuff.

So, what would we count this as? An addendum to the Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary page? A new section to the Visual Dictionary page? A remaking of the Visual Dictionary page? Or a new page entirely? If we are going to make a new page, what do we call it? As far as I can tell, the new dictionary is just called "Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary".

I don't suppose anyone has this new version and can shed some light on this matter? -<Azes13 03:14, September 27, 2009 (UTC)

Looking between the two Amazon.co.uk pages both the new and old editions old edition it appears to be either a new edition or maybe an updated publication.
We can deal with it on the same article page and just separate out information as is done on the Howe's Transcendental Toybox page.
Alternatively if we think it's significantly different I'd suggest differentiating both books, moving Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary to Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary (2007) and creating a new article for Doctor Who: The Visual Dictionary (2009). --Tangerineduel 04:58, September 27, 2009 (UTC)
