Well, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 all had BBC accents - just standard English, not with any accent.

7 had a slightly Scottish accent, but not totally.

8 had a slight Liverpool accent, but not very noticeably.

9 had a Northern accent :D

10 had a a London accent... not really sure how to describe that one.

11 had a BBC accent again

I'm pretty sure all of these are correct [[User:Halftimelord|Halftimelord]] 10:22, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

The 'BBC English' as mentioned above is more commonly known as Received Pronunciation. And yes, David Tennant affected an estuary accent as the tenth doctor.

Can someone tell me what kind of accent each of the Doctors had? I'm not sure how to put it, but I think "regional" is the word to describe what I'm talking about, whether they have a northern accent, Yorkshire accent etc. Anyway, if someone could tell me them, that'd be great. The 'BBC English' as mentioned above is more commonly known as Received Pronunciation. And yes, David Tennant affected an estuary accent as the tenth doctor.

See, I wouldn't say Eleven has an RP accent at all. I don't know what I'd call it, but it's not a Baker/Baker thing. There's a world of difference, to my ears, between Smith and Colin Baker, who's surely the most RP of the lot. CzechOut | 06:56, June 22, 2010 (UTC)
