Timothy Lloyd was the son of Mr and Mrs Lloyd.
The Lloyds owned the house which Nancy broke into when they went to their bomb shelters. She brought the former evacuees to eat the Lloyds' food.
Nancy was spooked by the child wearing a gas mask who was wandering the streets, seeking his lost mummy. When Timothy returned to his house, wearing his gas mask, Nancy was alarmed. (DW: The Empty Child / The Doctor Dances)
