This cleaning woman was cleaning the London Palace Theatre with two other women. She was the youngest of the three. Li H'sen Chang took her and hypnotised her in order to use her life energy to help revive Weng-Chiang. She was placed into Weng-Chiang's machine, but even though Leela turned off the machine midway through the process, she died. (DW: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
