Space Command HQ was the headquarters of International Space Command, a human organization dedicated to exploring space. It was located in Geneva. (DW: The Tenth Planet)
In 1986, Wigner was the Secretary General of Space Command HQ. That year, the Space Command HQ came under attack by Cybermen from the planet Mondas. The Cybermen were defeated when Mondas exploded. (DW: The Tenth Planet)
