As the full legal name suggests, it is a limited partnership, creating a partially liability shield for the true producers. It serves to combine the legal interests of several companies: Limelight International Media Entertainment , a production company headed by Grant Bradley, Dale Bradley and Pam Collis, three of the key production personnel for the series; Stewart and Wall Entertainment, the production company of producers Penny Wall and Richard Stewart; and K9 Films,the intellectual properties holding company established by series creators Bob Baker and Paul Tams in the late 1990s.
