Milton Trayx, General in Chief of the Haddron Armed Forces was the leader of Haddron after Hans Kesar's demise. Instead of an empire, he made Haddron a Republic. His wife was Helena Trayx. He did not know she was cheating on him.
He came to the fortress prison on the outskirts of Haddron to see Kesar and his second-in-command, Cruger. On their arrival, he fell for the Doctor, Jamie and Victoria. When the VETAC robots came, he helped to fight according to plans devised with the Doctor, Prion and Kesar. He knew all along that it {[what}} wasn't Kesar from the start, but Gerhart Rutger.
