The Cobalites were an alien species that resembled the Earth panda. They were an aggressive species who considered even touching an act of war. They had only primitive technology and used bows and arrows for weapons. The Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble encountered them. After Donna petted one of them, they had to flee in the TARDIS. One Cobalite who attempted to open the TARDIS door was trapped in the time stream when the TARDIS dematerialized. (IDW:Ground Control)
