Rocco Colastanto was an Italian newsagent during the 21st Century and when London was destroyed in the alternate timeline; he and his large family were relocated to Leeds. They shared a house with the Noble family, and after a happy time together, new laws made by the emergency government made all foreign nationals to go to "Labour camps".
