Rob Roy MacGregor was Laird of the clan MacGregor. He was Scotland's own Robin Hood. (BFA: City of Spires)
He came with Captain Nemo. He helped Jamie to defeat the effects of the cybermen's reality altering device.(BFA: Legend of the Cybermen)
