The Vaults were a location on the Time Lords' homeworld of Gallifrey.
History
The Vaults were abandoned areas of the old Capitol which were home to power couplings, water reservoirs and one fluctuating access point to the Matrix. Legends said the dying scream of Imperiatrix Pandora could be heard screaming eternally for revenge. (BFA: Lies)
