Mestor tried to take over the Planet, Jakondah, but he was stopped by the Sixth Doctor. Mestor Died at the end of Part Four. He was played by Edwin Richfield. }}

The Doctor and Azmael used to be drinking buddies. Azmael dies using up his last life unable to regenerate. The Doctor never likes Hugo Lang. The Doctor destroys Mestor with some dangerous medicines.
