The After-Universe was the universe that existed after the destruction of Normal Space, the universe the Doctor resided in. Like E-Space, this reality had a green tint to it and was filled with green, barren planets, green stars and yellow mist. One group of inhabitants of this universe were the Zytragupten. Saraquazel was also from this universe. (PROSE: Millennial Rites)
