Captain Scott Thrower was a rogue Time Agent who sought to be rejuvinated. The Eleventh Doctor tampered with the energy such that he became a mere boy. Wanting to escape a life sentence by the Shadow Proclamation, he escaped using a damaged Vortex manipulator. Thrower was made unable to speak and transported to Holly Tree Lodge in 1965, from where he was subsequently taken to the 456 by Jack Harkness. (COMIC: Time Fraud)
