This thug and one other worked for Count and Countess Scarlioni in Paris in 1979. He went with his partner to steal back the Countess' bracelet from the Fourth Doctor. Although they recovered it, the Count decided they had underperformed and he was killed with his fellow thug by Hermann. (TV: City of Death)
