Queen Angvia was the Angvian contestant at the 309th Intergalactic Song Contest. The contest was secretly also a diplomatic meeting between Golos and her planet Angvia. Queen Angvia would telepathically carry out the meeting during the contest.
After Loozly started trying to disrupt the Contest using Angvian methods, Queen Angvia took the blame despite her protests. She tried to seduce the Seventh Doctor using her natural pheromones. Loozly continued to kill people with Angvian methods and eventually attacked Angvia in order to fool people into a double-bluff.
