The Oracle was the computer of the P7E that ruled over the Minyans living in the cavernous nameless planet.
Profile
The Oracle had a female persona and higher level reasoning functions. It created and oversaw a society created from the race banks carried on-board the P7E and which it now guarded jealously.
It created a society enforced by the Seers. The Oracle was destroyed by the pair of two-thousand-megaton bombs it had intended for the R1C. (TV: Underworld)
Behind the scenes
