Sharkwolves were black-furred creatures on to Xirrinda. When the Rain of Terror returned to the planet they hungered for something a little different. The Eleventh Doctor, Amy, Rory and Attar were cornered by two of these creatures in the Ulla settlement. The Doctor discovered that they didn't like daylight, so they narrowly escaped the creatures' grasp. (PROSE: Rain Of Terror)
