A good way of thinking about it is that if a fan-run website is noticed by The Guardian, The New York Times or even The Sun, it can get an article on this wiki and use this category. Another type of fan website that you may find in this category is one which demonstrates an attempt at genuine, well-annotated scholarship about Doctor Who and its universe.
