The Vaults were a location on the Time Lords homeworld of Gallifrey.
They were abandoned areas of the old Capitol which were home to power couplings, water reserviors and one fluctuating access point to the Matrix. It is said among legends that the dying scream of Imperiatrix Pandora can be heard where she eternally screams for revenge. (BFA: Lies)
