Francis Minto, nicknamed F. M., was a student at Coal Hill School in March 1963. He was a bully who tormented Susan Foreman, Gillian Roberts and John Brent, among others.
His career as school bully was interrupted when he attempted to decapitate a snowman which, unbeknownst to him, had been animated by the Cold.
