Torchwood 2 was one of the Torchwood Institute's four main bases, located above a bank in Glasgow and run by a man Jack Harkness described as "very strange". (TW: Everything Changes) In one of the Torchwood novels it is claimed that that man who runs Torchwood 2 is called Archie.
