Harrods was a tramp who was often seen around the New World University campus, and lived in a disused shack. His nickname derived from the fact that he was fussy about where he slept.
Harrods' real name was Haroldson, and he had been a Flight Sergeant in the RAF until he was left homeless following the disbanding of his squadron.
He helped Daniel Hinton escape from the forces of the Great Intelligence and later saved Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart from an attack by the Chillys, teaming up with him to combat the Great Intelligence and its Yeti at New World University. Later, when Hinton was turned into a Yeti, Harrods sacrificed his life to save the Brigadier. (HOMEVID: Downtime, PROSE: Downtime)
