Doctor Who Magazine's 2013 issues spanned from issue 455 to issue 467 and were published every four weeks by Panini Comics.
Tom Spilsbury continued as editor of the magazine.
The new year saw a few tweaks to the design and a change in size for the magazine (slightly shorter but wider). Another change was a more prominent BBC logo on the top cover with the tag "celebrating 50 years of adventures in space and time!"
- Issue 456 presented a preview of 2013 and highlights to the 50th Anniversary celebration.
- Issue 457 presented in full the first part of a previously unpublished 1994 interview with Jon Pertwee talking frankly with reporters from a local newspaper.
Premiums offered to readers this year included;
- Issue 455 was bagged with three The Snowmen themed art cards featuring The Doctor, Oswin and Madame Vastra with Strax.
