Floor 016 was one of the lowest levels of Satellite Five. While it was still known as Satellite Five, it served as covered medical non-emergency. The employees dealt with, among other things, "chipping" (brain surgery), and were used to students needing them installed. At one point, chipping was subsidiary, but, by 200,000, demanded payment, either 100 or 10,000 credits, depending on model. They offered a Vomit-O-Matic as a "special offer."

Adam Mitchell went there, and had an infospike installed into his head. (TV: The Long Game)
