Liasici was a planet owned by the Foamasi.
History
Liasici was ruined by the Argolins, but the Foamasi fixed up the planet. Unfornately, this required a lot of money, so Foamasi joined the Galactic Federation to help their economy.
Despite this, the economy of the planet was still precarious by 3999. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
