St. Cedd's College was a college in Cambridge University, a respected institute of higher education on Earth.
Professor Chronotis had residency at St. Cedd's College for some time, residing in his rooms--which were, unbeknownst to all, his TARDIS. (DW: Shada (TV story)
The Fourth Doctor and Romana travelled there to visit Professor Chronotis, in 1979, but were captured by a Time Scoop, and were unable to visit the professor--or even to recall that they had failed to do so. (DW: The Five Doctors, BFA:Shada (audio release))
